Siti Naimah Binti Rahman is a lecturer at Goon International College and a Master’s student in Early Childhood Education at Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI), where she also serves as a Graduate Research Assistant. Her research focuses on the development of a pre-coding programme to enhance logical thinking and creativity among kindergarten children.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (CGPA 3.83) from UPSI and was consistently listed on the Dean’s List. She also participated in an exchange programme at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia and received the Best Innovation Award (3rd place) at WCIECE 2021.

Her professional experience includes lecturing in Early Childhood Education, as well as experience as a kindergarten teacher, home tutor, and childcare teacher. These roles have strengthened her expertise in child development, play-based learning, and classroom practice.

She has contributed to academic research and publications in indexed journals and has participated in various academic workshops and international engagements. Her academic interests include early childhood education, cognitive development, and innovative pedagogical approach.
