**Biography**

Sinthuujaa A/P Thinakaran is a criminal justice and forensic studies professional currently pursuing a Master in Criminal Justice at the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. She holds a Bachelor in Computer Forensic from Management & Science University and a Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Policing and Investigation from Kolej Unikop. Her academic foundation is further supported by a background in Accounting at the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level.

She is currently serving as a Lecturer and Head of Department at Goon International College, where she has been employed since July 2023. In this role, she is responsible for delivering lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions, as well as developing lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments. She is actively involved in evaluating student performance, providing academic guidance, and utilising learning management systems to support teaching and learning activities.

In addition to teaching responsibilities, she plays a key role in academic administration and quality assurance. Her duties include curriculum development and review, programme accreditation and re-accreditation processes, coordination of accreditation visits, and engagement with external evaluation panels. She also oversees departmental management, including staff supervision, workload planning, resource allocation, and budget monitoring. Furthermore, she serves as a programme head, internship coordinator, and advisor for institutional events, contributing to student development and institutional governance.

Her professional interests include criminal justice education, forensic studies, academic leadership, and quality enhancement in higher education.
