Ramalakshmi A/P Pushparajan is an experienced educator in Early Childhood and Special Needs Education with over 8 years of teaching experience across early childhood centres, primary education, and inclusive learning environments. She holds a Diploma and Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education from UNITAR International University and is currently pursuing a Master of Education in TESOL.

She is currently serving as a Lecturer at Goon International College, where she is responsible for delivering lectures, preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, assessing student performance, and providing academic guidance and support. She is also actively involved in curriculum development and other academic-related activities to enhance teaching and learning quality.

Her previous experience includes working as a preschool teacher, primary tutor, and special needs instructor, where she focused on individualized learning, inclusive education practices, and student developmental support. She is skilled in classroom management, lesson planning, and fostering positive learning environments.
