Nurul Azlina Salman is an academician in Early Childhood Education with a Bachelor of Education (Hons) and Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Universiti Selangor (UNISEL). She has over two years of teaching experience in higher education, with expertise in curriculum development, academic leadership, and quality assurance.

Her academic specialization focuses on ICT integration in early childhood education and the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills through innovative, technology-enhanced pedagogies. She is actively involved in MQA-related documentation, Outcome-Based Education (OBE) implementation, and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes.

She currently serves in multiple leadership roles, including Head of Academic, Intake Coordinator, and Internship Coordinator for the Diploma in Early Childhood Education programme, overseeing curriculum delivery, staff development, and industry placement coordination.
