Muhamad Redzan bin Zaini is a Lecturer in Early Childhood Education and Head of Department at Goon Institute Sdn. Bhd. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (Hons) from Universiti Poly-Tech Malaysia and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Kolej Poly-Tech MARA Kota Bharu.
He is currently involved in academic leadership, curriculum coordination, examination management, internship coordination, and quality assurance, including accreditation and ISO audit processes.
He has prior experience as an Interventionist Teacher, specialising in early intervention and developmental assessment for children with special needs, where he documented progress and supported individualized education plans (IEPs).
His professional focus is on early childhood education, special needs development, and academic programmed management.
