Kirubagari A/P Balakrisnan is a Psychology lecturer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Cyberjaya. She is currently serving as a Psychology Lecturer at Goon International College, where she is involved in delivering psychology-related subjects, preparing teaching materials, and supporting student academic engagement and development.

She completed her industrial training at Adam & Eve Preschool, where she gained experience in early childhood development through structured activities that supported cognitive, motor, and social growth in young children. In addition, she has diverse working experience in customer service and support roles across retail, hospitality, and healthcare settings, which have strengthened her communication, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.

Throughout her academic journey, she has been actively involved in leadership and co-curricular activities, demonstrating strong commitment to teamwork, discipline, and personal development. She is passionate about psychology, education, and contributing to student growth through meaningful learning experiences.
