Geetha Agilan is an English lecturer with approximately three years of experience in tertiary education, specializing in English language and communication-based courses. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (TESL) from UNITAR International University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Education (TESL) at the same institution. Her academic background and professional practice are grounded in outcome-based education (OBE), curriculum design, and student-centred pedagogy.

She is currently serving as an English Lecturer at Goon International College, where she is also the Deputy Head of the Department for DECE, Exam Secretary, and a member of the Academic Quality Assurance Committee. In her role, she is responsible for delivering lectures, developing instructional materials, designing assessments, and evaluating student performance. She also contributes to curriculum development, academic planning, and institutional quality assurance processes, including accreditation and audit preparation.
