**Biography**

Darshini Ganesan is an IT educator and academic leader with a Bachelor of Information Technology from Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) and an MBA from SEGi University (CGPA 3.50). She specialises in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and academic administration.

She is currently a Lecturer and Head of the IT Department at Goon International College, also serving as Program Coordinator and IT Cluster Head. Her responsibilities include curriculum development, academic planning, student performance monitoring, examination coordination, and quality assurance in line with MQA standards.

Her industry experience includes roles as a UX Developer and System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a Business Executive at Technohills Academy, and a Research Assistant at UNITEN focusing on cybersecurity-related projects.

She holds professional certifications including Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Network Defender (CND), and EC-Council Security Specialist, with additional training in digital forensics and cybersecurity.

Her professional expertise includes cybersecurity, web development, curriculum design, and academic leadership in higher education.
