Kapten Bersekutu (PA) Darshanrau A/L Veamanarow is an academic leader and law enforcement professional currently pursuing a Master of Law Enforcement at Saito University College. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law Enforcement Investigation (Honours) from Saito University College, specialising in policing, criminal investigation, and security management.

He is currently serving as the Head of Department for the Diploma in Policing and Criminal Investigation at Goon International College. His responsibilities include curriculum planning, academic quality assurance, lecturer supervision, student development, and programme management. Prior to this role, he served as an Internship Coordinator and Lecturer for the same programme, where he managed industrial training placements, delivered lectures, and developed assessment materials aligned with programme learning outcomes.

In addition to his academic experience, he previously worked as a Recovery Officer at Newvest Recoveries Sdn. Bhd., handling customer engagement, debt recovery management, and negotiation of payment arrangements.

His professional interests include policing education, criminal investigation, academic leadership, and student development, with a commitment to producing disciplined and industry-ready graduates while contributing to community and national service through the Malaysian Civil Defence Force.
