Foundation Entry Requirements & Duration

Diploma Entry Requirements & Duration

SPM/O-level or equivalent 3 credits
UEC 3B’s
2 principal passes in STPM/A-level or equivalent

English Requirements
Fluency in English is essential. We offer special courses to equip college students with the English skills they need to pursue other academic programmes. All international students are required to sit for the English Placement Test upon arrival, should they not already possess TOEFL or IELTS qualifications.

SPM/O-level English – C4 and above for Diploma
UEC English subject – C4 and above
TOEFL 500 or 200 (computer based)/IELTS Band 5 for Diploma
When in doubt, students must take an English Placement Test to determine whether they have an acceptable level of English necessary for their desired course.

Documents for Enrolment
Please submit the following documents for enrolment (non-returnable):

‘Application for Admission’ form with RM100 application fee
2 passport-sized colour photographs
Photocopy of education certifications or documents
Photocopy of MyKad or passport
Results Transcript for transfer-credit only

January, May and September
Conditional offers are given based on forecast results for the January intake

Perbadanan Tabung Pendididkan Tinggi Nasional (PTPTN) Loans

 1. Eligibility
Applicants must:

Be Malaysian.
Not have been a recipient of any other loan (MARA or JPA loan) or scholarship (internal or external).
Possess a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with at least 3 credits*
Be enrolled in a Private Tertiary Education Institution (IPTS) that offers a full-time degree or diploma course which is approved by MQA & JPS.
Have filled in all of his/her details before applying for the PTPTN Loan.

Other criteria:

For students applying for the second time, loans extended earlier by PTPTN must be settled in full prior to a fresh application.
Students who have received PTPTN loan through previous colleges / universities but have left or not completed their course will be required to terminate the contract and make full payment of their previous PTPTN loan before making a new application.
Students who have completed a diploma and were the recipient of a PTPTN loan are required to fill up ‘Borang Penangguhan Bayaran Balik’. You may print out this form from the PTPTN website.
Balance of study upon application must not be less than one year.
As of Jan 2012, it is compulsory to open a SSPN (Skim Simpanan Pendidikan Nasional) account if one wishes to apply for a PTPTN loan.
